Kayak transport requires more than a generic roof accessory. Any external carrier must be compatible with the exact vehicle, crossbars or mounting system and the kayak being transported.
Verify the Whole System
Check vehicle guidance, roof-system ratings, carrier instructions and load requirements. Do not publish unsupported load figures.
Manage Paddles and Wet Gear
Use protective bags and keep wet items separate from charging equipment.
