Shipping Policy
All orders are processed as promptly as possible, and our goal is to ship orders quickly to ensure the best customer experience.
To offer the optimal price-performance ratio, we ship from multiple warehouses located in both the EU and China, with items dispatched separately as needed.
All products sold by globalbyd are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 business days (excluding remote regions). Most countries receive deliveries within 5 to 10 business days.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding Hong Kong public holidays, out-of-stock items, and custom-made products).
If your delivery address is in a remote location, an additional remote area surcharge may apply. (Our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment for the supplementary shipping cost for remote regions such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.)
In most cases, we are unable to ship to military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO/DPO), as commercial couriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT do not deliver to these locations.
For certain EU countries, we may utilize duty-free shipping channels. Please note that the declared value on shipping documents will be lower than the actual product value for customs purposes.
Our liability for the shipment ceases once our logistics partners confirm successful delivery to your specified address.
If the package is confirmed as delivered (with a signed receipt) but cannot be located at your delivery address, we will not offer replacements or refunds. Once delivery to your address is verified, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.
We are not liable for shipments that fail to be delivered after multiple attempts by the courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier to arrange delivery at a convenient time and location. If a shipment is returned to globalbyd as undeliverable, no refund will be issued.
Buyers are responsible for cooperating with customs authorities to complete the clearance process. If customs clearance fails due to the buyer’s non-cooperation (e.g., refusal to provide required information or pay duties/taxes), globalbyd will not be held liable.
Buyers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, excise taxes, or other related fees imposed by local authorities. globalbyd will not cover these costs if required by customs or relevant government agencies.
We recommend familiarizing yourself with local tax policies before placing an order. When the package arrives at customs, we will make every effort to provide necessary customs documentation. However, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local clearance requirements. If clearance fails and the package is returned or destroyed, all associated costs and losses will be borne by you.
Due to the inefficiency of postal systems in Colombia and South Africa, delivery to these countries typically takes approximately 60 days or longer.
If you wish to receive your package faster, please contact our customer service team to upgrade to an expedited courier service (e.g., UPS or FedEx). Additional charges will apply for this service upgrade.
